NOTES: Pizzicato Five recorded their version on 1990's Soft Landing on the Moon.
In the Emperor's Closetliner notes, Konishi writes: "I originally wrote BAZARR's "Sex Machine" as a song for Pizzicato Five. When Takao Tajima-kun joined Pizzicato Five, he and I and Keitaro Takanami-kun came up with one song each to put on a demo tape, and this is the song I wrote at that time. After that, I put it aside and forgot about it until Director Michael came to me and asked if he could use the song for BAZAAR, a new group he was working with at that time. I think Mr. Masatoku Sasaji produced it. Furthermore, Yoshie-san, who is now playing an active part in Cornelius' band and others, was the drummer of this group. To add one more thing, A.K.I., who has covered Pizzicato Five's "Banji kaichou" [Tout Va Bien], said that she liked this song best among my works. She might be mean-spirited."
