Sin City Bar
Sin City Bar in Aoyama, produced by Nomiya Maki! Aside from drinks and finger foods, there's also an Italian restaurant and daily sexy shows at 22:00, 24:00 and 26:00.
Unfortunately I didn't check out the inside this time.

Hi Patrick,
What's the proper way to say a full name of a famous person in Japanese? Like "I saw Maki Nomiya" "Nomiya Maki-san wo mimashita"?
Is 26:00 standard for 2am?

Not such an easy question, but here's an attempt to summarize it (for addressing famous people).
- If you're telling your friends that you saw her, you'd probably omit the -san... Except:
- If talking with people who know her personally, you'd probably be using -san.
- If you're writing an article or announcement, you'd probably use -shi (氏) which is more respectful than -san unless you personally know her.
... and there are exceptions.
As for 26:00, past midnight hours as over 24:00 aren't really standard, but you see it often on club flyers and such. I like that it has no ambiguity, as "Friday 26:00" is of course late Friday night, definitely not the night before or 2pm.

This place used to be The Orbient Club. I'd check the Sin City bar with a friend of mine after its opening, we even had a glance at the "sexy" show (could be better but it was fun with almost no one in the place).
Anyway it seems the movie didn't have a lot of success here...
